Gordon L. Boezer is half owner and chairman of Celtiq, LLC, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. He has 41 years of experience in both the military and private sectors, which seasoned his leadership skills in both large and small organizations. Mr. Boezer’s military service included a significant period of intense aerial combat with the US Air Force. He retired at the grade of Colonel.
While in the private sector Mr. Boezer conceived and led multiple projects focused on international security. His work led to extensive personal relationships in Japan, Korea, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. He led specific negotiating efforts within multilateral treaty organizations. His specific technical interests include power and energy, biological technologies, lasers, optics and aeronautics. Past clients have included the Office of the Secretary of Defense, US intelligence services, and private sector businesses and academic institutions.
Mr. Boezer holds a Master of Science from the US Air Force Academy, a Master of Business Administration in international business and Master’s degree in Military Science. He is a resident graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
